前列腺组织中5a-还原酶的活性

摘要 T -5a -还原酶—DHT系统在前列腺不同生长发育阶段中起着重要作用 ,其中 5a -还原酶是关键。Ⅱ型 5a -还原酶编码基因SAD5A2有两种多态表型V89L/A49T ,与酶的活性有关 ,等位基因V型为Pca发病的主要基因型。本文同时对 5a -还原酶在良性前列腺增生 (BPH)和前列腺癌 (Pca)
