前列腺增生症腔内手术治疗相关进展 被引量：16

摘要 前列腺增生症 (BPH)腔内手术治疗具有创伤小、并发症少、恢复快、疗效确切的优点 ,现已逐渐替代开放手术。特别是近年来发展迅速 ,如经尿道前列腺汽化电切术 (TUVRP)、经尿道等离子体双极汽化前列腺切除术 (TUPKVP)、经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术 (HoLEP)等腔内新手术在临床不断开展 ,应用日益广泛 ,效果显著。
