摘要 口服耐受是诱导外周免疫耐受的重要方法。口服抗原诱导耐受的主要机制是主动抑制、克隆无能与失活、旁路抑制。口服耐受已经用于胶原和佐剂诱导的关节炎、I型糖尿病、肿瘤等疾病的研究。
