三种方案治疗不明原因少、弱精患者效果比较

The Choice of Treatments for Unexplained Asthenospermia and Oligozoospermia

目的 分析 3种不同的治疗方案对不明原因少、弱精患者的治疗效果。方法 将 187例不明原因的少、弱精患者 ,随机分为 3组。A组 5 1例 ,单用克罗米芬 ,5 0mg ,1次 /d ,连用 3个月。B组 89例 ,用益肾灵颗粒 3个月。C组 4 7例 ,用注射用尿促性腺激素 75IU肌注 3次 /周 ,共 3个月。将用药前后 3组病人精液的各项指标进行比较、分析。结果 治疗后B组病人的各项指标明显优于A ,C两组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而治疗后A ,C两组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 对不明原因少、弱精患者 ,可选用益肾灵颗粒治疗。

Objective To analyze the effects of three different treatments for unexplained asthenospermia and oligozoospermia,and investigate more appropriate therapy method for this kind of patients.Methods One hundred and eighty- seven cases with unexplained asthenospermia and oligozoospermia were divided into three groups randomly.Patients in group A (n=51) took CC 50mg daily for three months. Patients in group B (n=89) took Yishenling granules for three months.Patients in group C (n=47) were injected HMG 75IU three times weekly for three months.All the indexes of patients'sperms in three groups were compared and analyzed before and after medication respectively.Results The sperm indexes of patients in group B were apparently better than those in group A and C (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference before and after medication in group A and C (P>0.05).Conclusion Yishenling granules can be used to treat the patients with unexplained asthenospermia and oligozoospermia.
