摘要
网络已成为具有广泛性的社会联系和交流媒介。由于网络中“电子人”其心理、思维、行为方式发生变异,使“网络民主”产生不同特征,从而对民主政治发展发生作用和影响。
Because of peculiarity of internet itself and man becoming 'electron man' after entering internet,some changes of psychological consciousness and thinking behavior methods will take place leading to 'internet democracy' expressing outstanding characteristics grown from the environment of 'internet community' and influences the development of democratic politics.
