After reformation and open to the world,private-ownership economy first as a 'benefit makeup'to state-ownership economy in our country,the necessity to develop it is acknowledged,then it is taken as a basic economic systems and an important component of market economy, its position and functions are raised. Entering new century, a systematical theoretical knowledge has been formed.
