摘要 CD30 + 间变性大细胞淋巴瘤是非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的一个特殊类型 ,其特征为淋巴结副皮质区和窦状隙内有表达CD30的间变性大淋巴细胞浸润 ,本文就其在形态学、遗传学、临床特征及治疗等方面的研究进展作一综述。 Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) represe nt s a distinct category of large cell lymphomas defined by a strong expression of the cytokine receptor CD30 on neoplastic cells and a so-called anaplastic cytol ogy. This review will address the recent progress in understanding ALCL.
