摘要
目的 探讨明胶及戊二醛交联明胶作为缓释剂的缓释效果。方法 用不同浓度明胶通过超声和负压双重复合法制备庆大霉素抗菌骨 ,采用微生物测定法测定其体内外释放特性。结果 未复合明胶抗菌骨 ,其药物体外释放仅能维持 7d,8%、12 %明胶抗菌骨能维持 12 d,14 d,2 5 %明胶抗菌骨药物体内释放维持 14 d,而戊二醛联明胶未起到进一步的缓释作用。结论 明胶可作为局部用药的缓释剂 ,而戊二醛交联对明胶缓释效果无进一步加强。
Objective To study glutin and glutin linked with gl utaral characteristics of sustained release. Methods Gentamicin-compound Bones were prepared with the different glutin by means of ultrasonic and vacuum. The release of gentamicin in vivo and vitro was measured by microbial determination. Results The gentamicin-compound bone without glutin exceeding the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of S. aureus lasted for only 7 days in vitro, the one with 8% and 12% glutin lasted for 12 days and 14 days in vitro, and the one with 25% lasted for 14 days in vivo. The glutin linked with glutaral had no better sustained release. Conclusion Glutin is a good sustained release agent. Linkage has little effect on its sustained release.
