摘要
用高、低倍和化学检验分析方法,对341-6052螺纹钢的表面裂纹进行了分析,发现螺纹钢表面裂纹,是由于炼钢中包和冶炼原材料烘烤不够干燥,连铸方坯上出现的皮下气泡所致。
This paper analyzes the surface crack of 341-6052 reinforced steel bar through micro and macro analysis as well as chemical check. It is found that the tundish and smelting raw material are not dry enough, skin blowhole appears in the continuous casting billet, which have resulted in the surface crack of twisted steel.
