牵张成骨对骨骼肌影响的研究进展

摘要 牵张成骨已在口腔颌面外科界得到较为广泛的研究和应用 ,为一系列常规手术难以矫治的复杂疑难牙颌面畸形的治疗提供了新的治疗思路和手段。由于牵张成骨过程中周围软组织受到牵拉并发生改变 ,特别是骨骼肌出现的并发症及适应性改建是影响治疗效果和术后长期稳定性的关键因素之一 。
