摘要
扼要介绍了唐山市能源消耗与能源紧缺的严峻前景,回顾了近十年来节能工作的进展及现状。着重就工业窑炉燃料结构、窑炉结构和燃烧方式,工业锅炉加快实现热电联产,小型锅炉改造和采用新型燃烧技术,蒸汽终端利用,余热余能回收以及节电工作等方面提出了对策。
The paper presents the main points briefly about the severe prospect of the consumption and shortage of energy resources in the city of Tangshan, and looks back on the advance in recent ten years and present conditions of saving in energy. The countermeasures are posed emphatically of the fuel structures for commercial furnaces (kilns), the structures and combustion ways of furnaces (kilns), the speedy accomplishment of combined production of heat and electricity, the reformation of small boilers and the adoption of new combustion techniques, the end utilization of vapor, the recovery of waste heat and energy, the saving in electricity, and so on.
