摘要
通过模拟试验,研究和分析了并联六角形轧件的拉分轧制变形规律;给出简单适用的计算拉分变形的回归方程。通过生产实践证实,回归方程具有很高精度。
By means of simulation test, the plastic flow pattern in pull-separating tow parallel-connected hexagonal bars by rolling was studied and analysed in this paper. Simple regression equations applicable to calculate pull-separating deformation weregiven. The accuracy of these regression equations has been proved very high in productivepractice.
