摘要 华能丹东电厂凝结水、给水、主蒸汽氢电导率经常超标,且随机组补水量增加而升高。除盐水中的高残余量有机物进入锅炉是导致水汽氢电导率升高的原因。解决办法是改善补给水系统预处理工艺,包括调整澄清池的运行和加药量,保持澄清池、过滤池运行稳定,加强活性碳过滤器的监督和反洗,并控制补水率,以减少有机物进入水汽系统。改进后,尽管冬季补水量很高,水汽氢电导率依然非常平稳,维持在允许范围内,证明上述措施可行且有效。 The specific conductivities of hydrogen ion in condensate, feedwater and main steam of Huaneng Dandong Power Plant were usually over standard and went up with increase of makeup water. The author found out the reason to be the higher residual organic compounds entering into the boiler. To cut down organic matters entering into the steam-water cycle, measures like adjusting operation and dosage of the clarifier, keeping the clarifier and the sedimentation tank in stable operation, paying more attention to monitoring and backwashing of activated carbon filter were taken, besides limiting the rate of makeup water. After improvement, the specific conductivities of hydrogen ion were kept stable in an allowable scope even in winter when the rate of makeup water was high. The aforementioned measures are proved to be feasible and effective.
