摘要 油液分析技术较多应用于从状态检修的角度对电厂用油设备的油液运行状况做出定量、定性两方面分析,以检测结果为依据评价设备运行状态并预测设备故障的可能性和趋势。其中光谱分析技术主要关注油液中各类元素含量提供的信息,而铁谱分析技术则注重从油液中含有的颗粒的形态及数量中获取定性结论。介绍油液分析技术的这两大主要检测手段的工作原理,列举了部分实践中积累的油液监测结果与设备状态信息间的对照关系,并用实例说明如何在实际工作中切实应用该技术为设备安全运行服务。 Quantitative and qualitative oil analyses are widely used in condition-based maintenance of oil-employed equipment in power plants. Based on the oil analyzing results, the operating status of the equipment was estimated and the possibility and tendency of malfunction were predicted. Spectral analysis focuses mainly on the information provided by contents of various elements in the oil, while ferrous analysis obtains qualitative conclusions from status and quantities of various particles contained in the oil. The measuring principles of these two main oil detecting methods were detailed. The parallelism between oil detecting results and equipment condition was summarized from part of the practices. An instance was given to show how to use the techniques to serve the operational security of equipment in daily works.
