摘要
结合某城区供电局10kV配电网实际情况,在收集大量的统计资料的基础上,对配电网的运行状况进行了计算分析。应用模糊方法,分别对负载率、网损率和网络节点的电压水平、N-1校验等方面,建立了各自相关的隶属函数和评价模型,求出每一指标的隶属度,从而得到好和不好的概率期望值,对配电网供电能力进行了合理评价。在考虑各种因素的情况下,给出了电网综合评价指标,该模型需要经过建立评判对象的因素集,建立合理的评语集合,用专家评定标准生成评判矩阵,再选择合适的模糊算子进行综合评判等来完成,指标全面反映了配电网的总体供电能力。为网络结构规划建设和投资计划奠定了基础。
Combined with the actual situation of 10 kV distribution network of electric power supplier in Beijing city, based on collecting amount of statistic information, this paper analyzes the operation status of the distribution grid. The subjection function and evaluation model were set up from aspects of the rate of load, loss and the N-1 check of the voltage level of grid node, and the subjection value and “good” or “bad” expectation were obtained in fussy method. These results are rational evaluation for the supply capability of the medium voltage distribution grid in the city. Considering all kinds of factors, the comprehensive and quantitative evaluation index of the electric network was got through setting up appraising index collection, matrix of judgment level collection and suited operators. The evaluation index provides the basis for the network structure planning, construction and costing program of distribution.
