建设数字化电厂示范工程 加快火电厂信息化进程

Constructing demonstration projects of digitized power plant to speed up the informatization process in fossil-fired power plants

加快信息化进程是发电企业生存的重大决策,而火电厂数字化是信息化的基础。当前火电厂的厂级、机组(车间)级和现场设备级的3级控制和管理系统中,现场设备级还没有完成数字化,大量信息无法自动采集,必将影响火电厂信息化发展的深度和广度。因此,应首先抓好火电厂的全面数字化即建设数字化电厂。文中论述了建设数字化电厂的意义和可行性,并根据全面建设数字化电厂缺乏经验的现状,提出应先建设数字化电厂示范工程,并提出示范工程要研究解决全厂系统和信息的总体规划、现场设备级数字化、厂级SIS和MIS功能要求及完善等问题。

Speeding up the process of informatization is a significant decision for existence of electricity generating enterprises, and digitization of fossil-fired power plants is the base of their informatization. In the present three-level control and management system, field device level has not fulfilled digitization compared with plant level and unit/workshop level, as a result, mass data fail to be collected automatically and the depth and extent of informatization will definitely be influenced. Therefore, digitized power plants should be constructed first. This paper discusses the significance and feasibility of constructing digitized power plants, and suggests that demonstration projects should be constructed first to get experienced. It also addresses that the system and information layout of a whole plant, digitization of field device level, as well as the functional requirements and improvement of SIS and MIS of plant level etc. should be dealt with in demonstration projects.
