摘要
张家口发电厂5~8号机组NK50/56/0型汽动给水泵发生了数次掉闸。通过从控制角度、机械角度等对汽动给水泵掉闸原因进行分析,准确判断出几次掉闸的原因,提出对汽动给水泵掉闸回路存在问题的改进建议:将信号引入事故记录系统;将汽动给水泵系统改进控制逻辑。通过实际改进,避免了同类型汽动给水泵掉闸问题的再次发生。
The real reason of several trips of NK50/56/0 turbine-driven feedwater pumps for units 5 through 8 in Zhangjiakou Power Plant were not very clear. Analyzing the trips from controlling and mechanical angles, their real reasons were judged accurately, and accordingly suggestions were made that existing problems in the trip loops of turbine-driven feedwater pumps were settled. As a result of practical improvement the occurrence of similar problems in turbine feedwater pumps of the same type was avoided.
