阐述了图书馆面对时代变革所带来的严峻挑战,指出只有坚持与时俱进,把握21世纪图书馆发展的规律性,不断进行理论创新、技术创新、观念创新、人才创新、服务创新和管理创新,才能开创图书馆工作的新局面。
This paper expounds that facing the severe challenge brought about by the revolution of the times the library must keep pace with the times, grasp the developing regularity of the library in 21st century, making theoretical innovation, technical innovation, conceptional innovation, talents innovation, service innovation and managerial innovation, and create a new situation for library's work.
