随着电子格式的出现,ISSN从文献识别符转变为格式识别符,为此,探讨了ISSN作为格式识别符在纸质和电子环境下的作用。

Along with the occurrence of the electronic format, ISSN has transformed from the literature identifier into the format identifier. This paper probes into the functions of ISSN under the paper environment and the electronic environment being as the format identifier.
