摘要
国际金融趋于一体化的大背景使得中国这个WTO的新成员发展金融衍生品既有迫切性也有必然性。分析了欧美发达国家金融衍生品市场的经验,以及这些经验对我国的启示。
The large background of the international financial integration makes China, a new member of WTO, develop financial derived products urgently and necessarily. This paper analyzes on the experiences of developing financial derived products in America and Europe and the enlightenment of these experiences on our country.
