The enterprise is the key power to promote the development of economy. Those enterprises, which want to be in an unassailable position of the drastic market competition, should improve their core competitive power. This paper analyzes on the components of enterprise's core competitive power and the influence of the information technique on the development of the modern enterprise. And puts forward an idea of further increasing the core competitive power of our country's enterprises.
