论述了国有企业要适应建立现代企业制度的要求,在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存与发展,必须建设高素质的经营管理者队伍,培养一大批优秀的企业家,而选准人、用贤人、留住人、培养人、教育人是国有企业改革和发展的关键所在。
This paper discusses on that the state-owned enterprises wanting to adapt the requirement of establishing the modern enterprise system and existing and developing in the drastic market competition must construct a high-quality ranks of the operators and managers and cultivate large number of excellent enterprisers, and selecting the right personnel, employing the outstanding personnel, keeping the talents, training the employees, and educating the employees are the key for the reform and development of the state-owned enterprises.
