Considerations about Establishing the Speciality in Logistics Management in Vocational Colleges

基于对物流人才市场供求现状以及未来物流人才需求预测的分析,探讨了高职院校在开设物流管理专业时的专业建设与培养机制。指出在物流管理专业的建设中,重点要确定培养要求、培养方向及其课程体系的建设。在人才培养机制上,重点做好校企联动培养人才,并加强实践教学,培养学生的动手能力。

Based on the analysis on the present supply-demand situation in the logistics talents market and the estimation of the demand for the future logistics talents, this paper probes into the speciality construction and the cultivation mechanism in the case of establishing the speciality of logistics management, and points out that in the construction of the speciality of logistics management, the focal points are determining the cultivation requirements, cultivation direction and its construction of the courses system, and in talents cultivation mechanism, the focal points are doing well the talents cultivation through the interaction of the college and the enterprise, and strengthening the practice education, and training the operational ability of the students.
