摘要 总结了邢台钢铁厂高炉开炉的实践经验;介绍了改进的向炉底送风的烘炉点火两用装置;提出了加大下部净空焦数量和缩短负荷过渡期的开炉装料制度,以及使用正常生产70%风量的大风量高风速开炉送风制度;说明了提高炉缸温度、以便提高炉渣碱度保证Ls>20的重要性。 The practical experience is summarized in start-up of the blast furnace in Xingtai Iron and Steel Works. The improved dual-purpose apparatus is presented which is used in baking and ignition with forced air into the bottom of the furnace. The charging and blast systems at start-up of the furnace are proposed in which the quantity of the net coke is increased in the lower part and the transition period of load is cut down. And the more air volume(70% of the air volume in normal operation)is used with the higher velocity of air. The importance of increasing the temperature in the hearth to increase slag basicity and ensure Ls>20 is explained.
