中华长城内固定系统治疗特发性脊柱侧凸

Treatment of Idiopathic Scoliosis with China Great Wall System

摘要 目的:探讨中华长城内固定系统(China Great Wall System,CGWS)矫治特发性脊柱侧凸的方法与手术效果。方法:采用CGWS椎弓根钉内固定系统治疗特发性脊柱侧凸20例,在三维矫正同时,行胸廓成形,肋骨植骨脊柱融合术。结果:术前侧弯Cobbs'角平均为56°(39°-82°),术后Cobbs'角最小矫正率为58,4%,最大矫正率为98%,平均矫正率为81%,本组病例未出现脊髓神经损伤,随访期内未发现内固定物脱落、断裂。结论:CGWS是一种新型,安全可靠的脊柱三维矫形器械,其矫正效果优良,固定牢固,但必须熟悉胸椎椎弓根钉植入技术。 Objective: To study the treatment method and its result of China Great Wall System on idiopathic scoliosis. Methods: The CGWS device of vertebral arch pedicle was used in treatment of idiopathic scoliosis for 20 cases, during operating of three dimension correction , the thoracoplasty and spinal fusion by implanting bone on rub was done. Results: The cobbs' angle in spinal lateral bending before operation was 56°(39°-82°), the ratio of correction was from 58.4 to 98%, the mean was 81%. In all cases, no injury was found in spinal cord or nerve, and no break or dislocation of spinal fixation instrument appears. Conclusion: The CGWS should be a new , safety and reliable three dimension correction instrument for spinal surgery, the effect of restoring the spinal stability was obvious, however, in this operation, the operator must master skills of thorax spinal pedicle screw.
