国产带线羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床观察

Clinical Survey on 48 Cases of Hydroxyapatite with Suture Intraorbital Implants

目的:观察国产带线羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼座植入的临床效果.方法:Ⅰ期植入在摘除眼球时,四条直肌预置缝线。Ⅱ期植入先分离寻找四条直肌,作预置缝线,再选用合适型号的国产带线HA义眼座,直接植入眶内,共实施48例并随访观察6月-24月。结果:植入的义眼座性能稳定可靠,术后眼睑饱满,义眼活动度良好,未发现球体脱出等现象。4眼术后出现结膜裂开,义眼座暴露;1例出现轻度上睑下垂,经相应处理恢复正常。结论:直接植入国产带线的HA义眼座,手术简单,安全可靠,无包裹材料排斥反应和溶解等并发症,且价格便宜,来源丰富,无毒无抗原性,是目前较理想的眼眶充填物。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of domestic hydroxyapatite (HA) with suture as an intraorbital tamponade to be implanted for the correction of eyeball enucleated. Methods: A total of 48 cases with the HA by suture intraorbital implants were observed and follow-up 6-24 months. The HA implantations were unwrapped and implanted on primary or secondary phases. Results: All of 48 cases were successful. The patients were found to have full eyelids and the HA implantations were found to be satisfactory and well movement. Only 4 cases had the complications of implants exposure and 1 case ptosis. Conclusion: This proved the applicability of the technique. Since the domestic HA should be abundant, non-poisonous, antigenicity-free, safe and cheaper, it should be an ideal intraorbital tamponade which may replaced the imported HA.
