摘要
目的 探讨肝外伤的预后因素。方法 回顾性分析 1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 5月我院收治的 6 3例肝外伤病例 ,将患者入院时的 10项指标 ,肝外伤分级标准以及出血量与预后之间关系进行多因素回归分析。结果 患者受伤至就诊时间、收缩压、心率、出血量、肝脏损伤分级和是否合并伤是影响肝外伤预后的主要因素。结论 对影响肝外伤预后的因素应当给予重视 ,以提高肝外伤的救治率。
Objective To explore the prognosis factors for liver trauma.Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with liver trauma from 1999,01 to 2003,05 were studied and the relationship between 10 signs found at admission,liver traumatic division,blood loss and prognosis was multivariates analyzed.Result Time of trauma to the treatment,systolic pressure,heart rate,blood loss.associated injury and liver traumatic division were the factors affecting the prognosis of liver trauma. Conclusion Prognosis factors for liver trauma should be paid attention to improve the healing rate.
