摘要
目的 探讨医源性胆道损伤的发生原因及防治措施。方法 回顾性分析 17例医源性胆管损伤 ,针对不同的损伤类型及病理特征 ,采取不同的处理方法来修补或重建胆道。结果 所收治的 17例病人均治愈 ,无远期并发症。结论 医源性胆管损伤常发生于胆囊切除手术。损伤后治疗处理效果重在及时发现 ,早期处理。
Objective To investigate the reason of the iatrogenic bile duct injury and experience in its diagnosis and treatment.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 17 cases of iatrogenic bile duct injury,and different means were adopted to repair or rebuild bile duct,aiming at different injurious types and pathological characters.Result The 17 cases of patients that have been treated are all cured,having no long-term complication.Conclusion iatrogenic bile duct injure often happens during cholecystectomy.It is important for the treating effect to find the injury immediately and deal with it early.
