精神分裂症立体定向手术病人心理分析及干预

Psychological analysis of patients with schizophrenias treated by stereo taxis operation and intervention

对389例立体定向手术治疗精神分裂症病人,采取了护理对策,对手术前后的焦虑、恐惧、抑郁、精神衰退、愤怒和暴躁的心理进行分析并实施护理干预,调动病人主观能动性,提高手术治疗效果,明显改善了病人的自我护理能力和生活质量。

patients with schizophrenias who were treated by stereo taxis operation were applied nursing countermeasure. Patients' anxiety, phonia, depression, psychological depression, angry and violence were analysized before and after operation, and nursing intervention was performed. Thus the subjective initiative of patients was increased, the curative effect of operation was improved, and patients' ability to protect themselves and life quality were improved obviously.
