优秀护理论文的评选及思考

Selection of excellent nursing papers and its reflection

我院1996-2002年间共发表284篇护理论文,专家对其中48篇候选论文的创新性、科学性、实用性和逻辑性进行评分,并考虑杂志影响因子、论文类型、被引频次等指标,最终评选出16篇优秀论文。优秀论文评选对护理论文的撰写与发表进一步起到明确的导向作用。针对医院护理科研现状,提出成立护理科研指导小组,加强护理科研培训,促进护理学术交流并开展循证护理实践。经过1年努力,收到初步成效,2004年我院在统计源期刊共发表论文40篇,较去年增长48.1%。

nominated papers among 284 published from 1996 to 2002 in our hospital were reviewed by experts in terms of creativity, science, practicality and logicality as well as journal's impact factor, publication type and cited frequency of the paper. 16 papers were finally rated as excellent. The appraisal of excellent papers further provides a clear guide for the writing and publication of nursing rescientific search guidang group, enhancing nursing scientrfic research training, promoting nursing acadenic exharge, and nursing papers. Considering current nursing research status in the hospital, several measures such as establishment of nursing scienti-fic research guidance group, enhancing nursing scientific research training, promoting nursing academic exchange and evidenced-based nursing practice were proposed. After one-year's effort, preliminary results were achieved: 40 papers were published in source journals in 2004, with an increase of 48.1% than last year's.
