摘要
目的探讨培训护工充实护理人力资源做法的效果。方法分析护理人力资源的不足现状,利用医院富余人员,经过培训、学习,考试合格后聘用为护工,充实6个科室工作,并采用问卷调查病人满意度。结果培训护工充实护理人力资源前后病人的满意度经字2检验,有显著性差异,P<0.05,说明培训护工充实护理人力资源后病人满意度提高。结论培训护工充实护理人力资源后将护士从繁重的非护理劳动中解脱出来,为患者提供更优质的服务,提高了工作效率和患者满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the method of enriching nursing human resource by training nursing workers. Methods To analyze the shortage of nursing human resource and utilize the surplus staff in hospital. After study and training, those who qualified in examination were employed as nursing workers to enrich 6 departments. Patients' satisfactory rate was surveyed by questionnaire. Results Patients' satisfactory rates were compared before and after the application of the method of enriching nursing human resource by training nursing workers, and there was significant difference (tested by X2,P<0.05). This showed patients' satisfactory rate was improved after the application of the method of enriching nursing human resource by training nursing workers. Conclusion The application of the method of enriching nursing human resource by training nursing workers can set free nurses from heavy non-nursing work, supply more high quality service to patients and improve work efficiency and patients satisfactory rate.
