珠江三角洲地区外来散工生存现状与对策研究

Survival Condition of Employed Laborers in Zhujiang Delta and Countermeasures against It

本文通过对珠江三角洲地区散工的问卷调查,结合有关文献资料,对珠三角地区散工的生存现状进行了描述性研究,总结了散工目前的组织形式,面临的社会问题,散工的劳动保障和安全保障问题,并提出了解决这些社会问题的意见和建议。

Based on a questionnaire survey and related literature, this paper makes a research into the survival condition of employed laborers from rural areas working in Zhujiang Delta, and summarizes the current organization form of the employed laborers, the social problems they face, and their labor and safety insurance. This paper also puts forward some suggestions to solve this problem.
