Looking at "Being Difficult to Execute a Court Decision" from the Legal Perspective

本文从法社会学角度分析了"执行难"现象对法治建设及社会正义的危害,探讨了造成这一现象的司法体制原因及社会文化根源,认为,要从根本上解决这一问题,必须实行司法独立,改革现有司法体制,发展新型的法律文化,加大执行力度。

This paper makes an analysis of the harm that the phenomenon of 'being difficult to execute a court decision' does to law system construction and social justice, discusses the social and cultural root of it. It is pointed out that to solve this problem, it is necessary to reform the current legal system, develop new legal culture and strengthen execution.
