摘要
从石羊河流域水资源短缺、植被退化、土壤盐渍化和水质恶化等方面,分析了由于流域水资源的不合理开发利用所产生的负面影响,提出了开源节流、水资源优化配置、建立流域水资源权威管理机构等水资源合理开发利用的途径和建议。
Some negtive effects are analyzed about Shiyang River Basin in the aspects of water resources shortage, vegetable degeneracy, land salinization and desertification and quality of watetr worsen. Some methods and advices are proposed such as exploring more kinds of the water resources, reasonable allocation of the water resources, establishing authoritative institution, which are afforded the new methods and advices to the water resource sustainable.
