从知识分类到知识地图:一个面向组织现实的分析

From Knowledge Taxonomy to Knowledge Map

本文针对目前知识管理领域研究与实践脱节的现状 ,深入分析了组织中知识的内涵及特性 ,提出了基于显性 /隐性、个人 /组织、专门 /综合三个维度的八种知识类型 ,并在此分类基础上构建了面向组织现实的全新“组图式”知识地图框架 ,以期能够架起知识管理的理论研究和实践应用之间的桥梁。

Because of the actuality of the separation between the theory and the practice of the knowledge management, this article analyses the connotation and the character of the knowledge deeply, then advances eight knowledge types basing on the three dimensionalities: explicit/implicit, personal/organizational, special/synthetic, and then grounded in this taxonomy we put forward combined knowledge map, in order to build the bridge of the theory and the practice of the knowledge management.
