摘要
介绍了一种采用分级交~交变频方法的交流电机软起动器的原理和实现,它能使电机以高起动转矩和小的起动电流平滑地起动。并将实际效果与传统的电子式软起动器进行了比较,证明采用分级交-交变频方法的软起动器,不仅可以减小起动电流,提高起动转矩,还可以实现真正的软停车及使电机短时工作在低速运行和反转制动状态。
The principle and realization of high torque softstarter adopted discrete cycloconver is introduced. This method can make the motors started with high starting torque and small starting current. By comparison with the traditional electronic softstarter, the results show that the motor not only has small starting current and high staring torque, but also can be run in low-speed conditions.
