山楂新病害—山楂茎基腐病

OCCURRENCE OF PHYTOPHTHORA FOOT ROT ON CHINESE HAWTHORN

本文首次记述了在我国发生的山楂茎基腐病,并对该病的症状进行了一般性的描述;采用PARP选择性培养基,分离纯化了致病的病原茵,经鉴定为Phytophthora sp;并对此病原茵在不同培养基上的生长速率、淀粉利用能力、孔雀石绿的毒性、恶霉灵的敏感性,色素产生能力等与鉴定有关的生物学特性进行了研究。

The phytophth3ra foot rot on chines hawthorn was recorded for the first time. The pathogenic fungus on the infected area was isolated with the method of PARP selected medium. It was found that all isolates from chinesehawthorn foot rot were identified to be Phytophthora sp. and were studied on the common biological characters related, with the identification such as linear mycelial growth rate,sensitivity of malachite green and hymexazol, starch-utilizing ability and pigment-prodacting ability.
