On the Basic Ruling Laws of the CPC

“三个代表”重要思想深刻揭示了中国共产党的基本执政规律 :党必须正确认识和把握国情 ,根据国情制定正确的路线、方针和政策 ;必须不断推进指导思想创新 ,始终走在时代前列 ;必须制订出理想与现实相统一的奋斗纲领 ;必须始终坚持立党为公、执政为民的理念 ;必须始终葆有一个巩固的阶级基础和不断扩大的群众基础 ;必须把握衡量执政得失成败的根本标准 ,增强执政为民的自觉意识。

The ruling laws of the CPC revealed by the Three Represents Import ant Thought are that the party has to understand the national conditions and ma k e its right lines and policies based on it; to innovate its guiding thought and advancement unceasingly; to make out its guiding principle united its ideal with the reality; to insist on the faith of establishing the party and ruling for th e people; to consolidate its class basis and enlarge its masses basis constantly and that to grasp the fundamental criterion to weigh the pros and cons of its r uling practice so as to enhance its consciousness of ruling for the people.
