摘要
本文首先从不同角度介绍了中国反腐败斗争面临的严峻形势 ,指出腐败有总体规模扩大的趋势 ,中国正处于腐败现象的多发期和高发期。然后从经济学、博弈论和公共选择理论的角度指出反腐败斗争存在的一些问题 ,主要涉及反腐败的成本问题 ,反腐败激励悖论问题 ,以及外部性处理问题 ,并提出自己关于抑制和克服腐败的一些建议。
This paper firstly introduces the rigorous situation that ant i-corruption confronts in different hands and points out that.corrupti on phenomena have enl argement trend in scale. China is in time of much more emergence of corruption p henomena.Then it introduces some problems in anti-corruption as anti-c orruption c osts, incentive paradox and dealing with externality of corruption in hands of e conomics, game theory and public choice theory.Furthermore,some advi ces to restrain and overcome corruption are provided.
