摘要
目的用分光光度法测定硝酸镓注射液主药硝酸镓的含量,为建立硝酸镓注射液的质量标准做准备.方法用甲苯-甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)(6:3.5)从盐酸溶液中萃取镓离子缔合络合物,在557.0 nm测定其吸光度以计算硝酸镓的含量.结果该方法线性范围为0.4~2.0μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),回收率100.05%;RSD=1.2%(n=5),稳定性强,吸光度3 h无明显变化.结论分光光度法可以作为硝酸镓注射液的含量测定方法.
OBJECTIVE To determine the concentration of gallium citrate for gallium injection by spectrophotometric method.METHODS We extracted the gallium complexes by mixture organic solution methylbenzene MIBK(6∶3 5)and determined at 557 nm.RESULTS The assay exhibited a linear range of 0 4~2 0 μg·mL -1 .The RSD was 1 2% for 5 measurements of 2 5 μg·mL -1 Ga(NO 3) 3.The solution was steady with in 3 hours.CONCLUSIONS The method can be used to determine gallium citrate in injection with satisfactory results.
