复方珍矾耳用散的研制及临床应用

Preparation and clinical application of compound Zhenfan ear-powder

目的 介绍复方珍矾耳用散的制备方法与临床疗效。方法 制备复方珍矾耳用散, 按中国药典 2000 版一部方法对该制剂主药进行鉴别, 并对100 例患者进行临床疗效观察。结果 复方珍矾耳用散质量可靠, 应用无刺激性, 临床有效率达100%。结论 该制剂工艺简单, 稳定性良好, 疗效确切, 可供临床应用。

OBJECTIVE To introduce the preparation technique and clinical therapeutic effect of compound Zhenfan ear powder.METHODS We prepared compound Zhenfan ear powder and all major ingredients were identified according to the methods in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Besides, the therapeutic effect was observed in 100 patients. RESULTS Compound Zhenfan ear powder was reliable in quality and non irritative in clinical application with a total effective rate of 100%.CONCLUSIONS The preparation is simple,stable and valid,and can be clinically used.
