地质灾害多元信息管理在三峡库区塌岸研究中的应用

摘要 由于地质体本身结构的复杂性以及地质灾害发生机理和过程的复杂性,使得人们对地质灾害进行真正的评价防治之前一般都会采取各种手段和方法查明地质灾害的基本情况,获得大量的信息。主要介绍了如何将地质灾害评价防治时所获得的大量多元化信息进行规划管理及应用,快速、高效、合理地进行地质灾害的预测与防治。主要包括了建立一套适合于地质灾害评价的地质灾害多元信息获取与采集技术方法标准,编码体系,空间数据库的建库标准、图层划分、建库工作流程。以地质灾害多元信息管理为理论和实施的技术基础,以ArcGIS为平台,开发一套集基础数据的采集、存储、管理、检索、图形编集、空间模型分析、综合分析评价、成果图形生成及输出和信息发布为一体"三峡库区塌岸信息管理与防治决策支持系统"的具体理论和开发技术难点。 The geologic structure and the reason of geo-hazards is complicated,so people always use kinds of means to inspect the substaintial reasons in order to carry on the geo-hazards appraisal and danger area ranked.So a great deal of information was acquired.How to organize and apply many multi-variables information that gaining from geo-hazards appraisal was presented,in order to fast and effectively carry on the geo-hazards appraisal and danger area ranked.The main content includes establishing a set of standard to collect multi-variables information,coding system,standard of establishing database,sorts of layers.Theories and technic nodus that in the system of Three Gorges reservoir region collapse shore information administering and decision-making,based on ArcGIS.It can collect ,save, manage, search information and gathering graphics,model-analyzing,synthetical analysis, information publish and so on.
