心理咨询方法的整合性目前正处于探索阶段,先从理解各种理论和咨询方法的共性方面入手,根据人性心理学的基本原理和心理活动的内在一致性即整体性原则,再根据咨询师个人特点、我国国情和求助者及心理问题的特点进行富有个性化的组合,则是整合的一个比较方便的途径。为提高咨询效果和效率,汲取短程心理咨询的基本思想和精神,有助于心理咨询方法的整合。

The integration of the psychological counseling methods means the analysis and combination of different psychological theories. But this integration is still in the stage of investigation. It would be a more convenient way of the integration that understanding the general character of the theories and the psychological methods in the first place, and making them combined characteristicly according to the main Principle of human Psychology, the Consistency of the psychological activities, the personal feature of the counselor, the current situation of our country, the character of the help seeker and his psychological problems. What's more, to improve the efficiency of the counseling, deriving the basic thought and spirit from the short distant psychological counseling would also be helpful to the integration of these counseling methods.
