摘要
对西瓜DT2-1隐性核型雄性不育系的花药发育过程进行了细胞学观察。结果表明,不育株花药发育在孢子母细胞减数分裂前期,小孢子母细胞减数分裂异常,不能形成四分体;药室内壁、中层、绒毡层细胞无明显界限,绒毡层细胞异常、多层、体积小、排列紧密,影响绒毡层细胞与小孢子母细胞之间物质、能量和信息的传递,导致四分体不能正常分离产生四分小孢子,进而不能形成正常的花粉粒而导致败育。
Cytological process of anther development of recessive nucleus watermelon male sterile line accession DT2-1 was studied by using microscopy.The results showed that the microsporecyte meiosis was abnormal and fail to form microspore tetrad.There was no evident boundary between tapetum cell,middle lamella and inner wall of PMC.In addition,the tapetum was abnormal with multiple layer and the size became smaller and pressed tightly.This abnormal deposition influenceed the exchange of material,energe and information between tapetum and microsporcyte and caused degeneration of meiocytes in sterile anthers.
