锂离子电池正极材料钴酸锂近期研制进展 被引量:12

摘要 以钴酸锂(LiCoO2)为正极活性材料的锂离子二次电池是军事装备的重要能源。介绍了国内外锂离子二次电池的生产现状,列举了正极材料LiCoO2高温合成的原料和工艺步骤,比较了各厂家产品的性能差别。通过总结近年文献,探讨了原料的种类、混匀程度、反应温度、热处理时间以及冷却速度等工艺因素对LiCoO2的结晶度和颗粒形态的影响,进而对LiCoO2的充放电性能和热稳定性的影响。介绍了近期为提高LiCoO2的性能而研制LiCoO2合成工艺的新成果及发展动态,提出了LiCoO2性能优化的必要性和可能的主要途径。 Lithium rechargeable battery with LiCoO2 as its cathode material is important power source for military equipment. This article introduces the production situation of the battery, lists raw materials and procedures for LiCoO2 synthesis in high temperature and compares with the electrochemical property of batteries obtained from several companies. By summing up the recent development in LiCoO2,it is clear that studying the effect of materials and its mixing, reaction temperature, heat treatment and cooling rate on the crystal structure and particle morphology, and furthermore, on the electrochemical properties and thermal stability is very important. The recent development in the synthesis of LiCoO2, the necessity and main approach to optimize the properties of LiCoO2 have been introduced.
