摘要
应用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(APAGE)对番茄属的7 个物种进行了醇溶蛋白电泳分析,结果表明:①物种间的醇溶蛋白图谱差异能够反映一定的系统关系;②醇溶蛋白分析支持将醋栗番茄和小花番茄分别独立为种,樱桃番茄是普通番茄祖先的观点。
The gliadin patterns of tomato consisting of seven species were analyzed by using acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(APAGE).The results are as follows:the differences of gliadin maps between species show that there exists a certain biosystematic relationship; by the analyses of the gliadin, it shows that L.chilemse Dun.and L.paviflorum are independently species, and L.esculentum var. cerasiforme is the ancestry of Lycopersicon esculentum.
