Application of neuronavigation in the intracerebral tumor excision

目的探讨神经导航在颅内肿瘤切除的意义。方法利用立体定向神经导航切除颅内肿瘤28例。结果转移瘤、脑膜瘤均全切,胶质瘤全切8例,次全切2例,随访18例,时间6个月。结论在神经导航下切除颅内肿瘤,定位准确,可提高手术效果。

Objective To explore the significance of neuronavigation in the intracerebral tumor excision. Methods Intracerebral tumor excision was performed in 28 cases with the aid of stereotaxic neuronavigation. Results Metastatic tumors and meningiomas were removed totally, and gliomas removed totally in 8 cases, subtotally in 2 cases. 18 cases were followed up within 6 months. Conclusion The neuronavigation technique, because of the advantage of accurate location, can notably improve the result of intracerebral tumor excision.
