横窦沟微型硬膜外血肿合并对冲性脑挫裂伤14例分析

Epidural micro-hematoma in the groove of transverse sinus combined with contrecoup contusion and laceration of brain: report of 14 cases

目的总结横窦沟微型硬膜外血肿合并对冲性脑挫裂伤的临床特点及手术指征。方法对14例合并脑挫裂伤的横窦沟微型硬膜外血肿病人进行分析。结果手术治疗11例,保守治疗3例,全部治愈。结论掌握好手术指征,早期手术能取得很好疗效。

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and operative indications of epidural micro-hematoma in the groove of transverse sinus combined with cerebral contusion and laceration. Methods 14 patients of epidural micro-hematoma in the groove of transverse sinus combined with cerebral contusion and laceration were analyzed retrospectively concerning the clinical features and treatment. Results 11 cases underwent corresponding operations, 5 with hematoma clearing and 6 with additional removal of contused tissues. The others were treated with conventional therapy. All are cured. Conclusion The satisfactory therapeutic efficacy can be achieved on the basis of the master of operative indications and early operation.
