摘要 目的 探讨旋转DSA及三维重建技术在颈动脉狭窄介入治疗中的价值。方法 对 10 0例临床诊断为颈动脉狭窄患者进行常规二维DSA全脑血管造影及旋转DSA采集及三维重建处理。结果 旋转DSA及三维重建技术能够清晰地显示颈动脉狭窄的部位、形态、狭窄的程度 ,硬化斑块的位置及形态大小 ,对操作医生选择过滤保护伞、扩张球囊、支架等材料的种类、型号提供帮助。结论 与常规二维DSA相比 ,旋转DSA采集及三维重建技术能够更为清晰地显示狭窄血管病变的真实情况 ,有助于手术方案的制定及对术中病变部位栓子脱落危险性的评估。 Objective To investigate the value of rotational digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and 3 D reconstruction in interventional treatment of carotid stenosis. Methods A total 100 cases diagnosed as carotid stenosis by vascular ultrasound were examined using routine two dimensional (2 D) angiography, rotational DSA and 3 D reconstruction. Results Rotational DSA and 3 D angiography could display the location, appearance and extent of stenotic vessel. The location and appearance of the sclerotic plaques were also clearly demonstrated. Conclusion Compared with conventional 2 D angiography, rotational DSA and 3 D reconstruction can show a more detailed picture of the stenotic vessels. It may help pre procedure planning and evaluate the risk of shedding atheroma into distal circulation.
