摘要 弥散张量成像可测量组织中的水扩散 ,而有助于测量和量化组织的方向和结构 ,可作为检测脑白质完整性和神经纤维束连通性的理想工具。通过观察白质内水分子扩散的特征 ,弥散张量成像可早期检出精神障碍性疾病所致脑改变 ,提示其改变的病理基础 ,并有助于评价治疗效果。尽管其在精神障碍中的研究刚刚开始 ,但显示了一定的临床应用前景。 Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) could measure the diffusion of water in tissues. DTI can help measure and quantify tissue's orientation and structure, making it an ideal tool for examining the integrity of cerebral white matter and the connectivity of neural fiber tracts. By observing diffusion characteristics of water molecules in the white matter, DTI can detect early cerebral white matter changes resulting from psychiatric disorders, suggest the pathological basis of these changes, and be helpful to evaluating the treatment effects. On beginning to be utilized in psychiatric research, DTI shows a certain promise for clinical applications.
